Under the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), we are qualified to provide nursing services to diverse individuals needing medical care and support at their chosen residence. Services in the ID/MR system are meant to be supportive services and are often long-term. Through the Individual Support Plan or ISP team process, needs are identified through assessment, and the services to meet these assessed needs are discussed.
